How to prepare your own vegetable milk, so you don’t spend a fortune


There are people to whom soy milk hurts or causes allergies, so in those cases, almond milk is a good alternative. This plant milk is low in calories, but with high nutritional value (proteins, vitamins, minerals and soluble fiber) and easy digestion. Helps to strengthen nails and hair, as well as improve the appearance of the skin. 

You need:

  • 300 grams of almond, 
  • 1.7 liters of water
  • cotton cloth 

The seeds should be soaked in 1 liter of water overnight. The next day rinse and drain well to blend with the remaining 700 ml of water. Strain the mixture through the cotton cloth. You can add cinnamon or vanilla to give it more flavour. Store in the refrigerator in a glass container, and that’s it.
