Yoga helped me have more elasticity

Fourth week

Now I want to emphasize this that they say that yoga connects your mind, body and spirit, as it is 100% true. You actually find yourself in postures where your breathing is everything. And good! How many times a day do you notice how you are breathing? Controlling your breathing is super important when doing this exercise. It is how you manage to hold the postures and advance class by class. On the other hand, it is an exercise that you do with yourself. The awareness you acquire about your body and how strong you really are is amazing. I must confess that I am an ardent believer in meditation, I do it daily. What I’m going to do is that practising yoga helped me a lot to complement this part.


Super recommended, really. I hope that one day you will be encouraged to experience it. I’m not going to lie to you: it takes patience, but it’s well worth it. Also, there are many types of yoga that you can try, depending on the intensity of exercise you are used to. Finally As a bonus, some days of these four weeks, I also tried tutorials at home. There really is no excuse not to try. While it is a good idea to attend classes for at least a month to have a trained person teach you the main postures, there is no reason to stop due to lack of money. Really, TRY IT!
