Yoga helped me have more elasticity

Third week

In the third week of doing yoga, I was grateful for trying this self-imposed challenge. Although at first, it was painful to adopt the postures correctly, over the days, my body got used to it. To such a degree that even my way of walking began to change. This week I decided to take an extra yoga class, but this time in its aerial version. Conclusion: great, I highly recommend it! It’s fun, it’s different, and it takes a bit of that obnoxious routine that we sometimes cling to. The stretches are much more intense. Also, you feel a little more secure due to the fact that the fabric is supporting you. I loved with madness and passion the third week doing yoga.
