The first week I learned that it is much better to do yoga with tight clothes. In this way, when adopting the postures with the legs in the air, your blouse does not rise. On the other hand, it is good not to eat anything for at least two hours before exercising, since you can have unpleasant stomach problems in the middle of the class. Also, I realized that yoga poses are actually challenging. They look super easy. Of course, you can support yourself for a long time with a lot of will, but having a good posture takes more work than I thought. There were many times when they corrected my posture and, if I’m honest, it was super painful the first few times. Also, my zero elasticity was not a problem, since there are different options in each position. Let’s say you have the easy version and the hard version.
