Yoga helped me have more elasticity

The first week

Ok, so let me tell you that I entered the first yoga class in my life with some fear. I thought that I was going to meet girls doing yoga with a lot of experience and that I was going to be the only one moving like the mess in the whole class. I went to the teacher who very kindly told me to listen carefully to the instructions, relax and just do it! The first class doing yoga was quick and smooth. The postures did not seem so complicated to me. Also, the teacher was attentive to all the people in the class who were not really experts. In fact, it was just people like me trying to do yoga. It was actually spectacular the way my body relaxed all that week. I started to fall in love with yoga.
