The benefits of yoga
Before starting the challenge, I took on the task of researching its benefits. I found things very interesting, since according to the experts, it improves physical condition, gives resistance, relieves stress, improves the quality of sleep, helps to have a better connection with yourself. In fact, there are many benefits that this practice promises. On the other hand, I was curious to know how flexible you must be to practice this exercise. I asked a friend who is a certified yoga teacher, and she said it doesn’t matter how elastic you have. In this sense, the elasticity increases gradually as you practice it. So with a bit of nerves, I went to enrol in a yoga academy.
