Yoga helped me have more elasticity

I agreed to do this challenge because, as you may have noticed, I love this wave of fitness. I had been looking for something different to try for a while and wandering through Pinterest. I found some images with yoga that caught my attention. So I made up my mind. I signed up for a yoga class twice a week. I’m going to tell you how, despite my terrible elasticity, I managed to spend a month doing yoga twice a week.

First of all, I have to tell you that yoga is a 5000-year-old practise that a lot of people do. More than physical activity, it is a discipline, a philosophy of life. This practice aims to unite our mind, body and spirit.
